WEP Industrial Advisory Board

The WEP Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) consists of up to thirty industry supporters of women in engineering and technology. The mission of this advisory board is to assist the WEP and Society of Women Engineers in promoting the advancement of women in the engineering fields and offering guidance to current engineering students. The WEP-IAB meets twice yearly, once in early November and again in early May. The group consists of committees such as Outreach, Career Opportunities, and Retention. Members are from all different industries throughout California and consist of both women and men.
